Advocare has changed my life in so many ways, not only helping me with my health and balancing nutrition, wellness and fitness, but I have also gained an amazing friend in Victoria. We speak almost everyday about Advocare and our life and I feel like I know her so well. She has become an integral part of my day to day and I cannot thank her enough for her friendship and for being my Advocare distributor. She even encouraged me to become a distributor so now I can share the greatness of Advocare with all of my friends.
I love Advocare Spark because it keeps me energized and focused without the jittery side effect that I get from coffee and other caffeine products. There is no sugar (only 1 WW Point / 45 calories per pouch) and it keeps me focused and energized for the whole day. It comes in a variety of flavors and so far I have tried watermelon, fruit punch and mandarin orange and I love them all. Victoria sent me pink lemonade and mango strawberry to add to my collection and I can't wait to try them (I had my Spark this morning and having a second would make me way too hyper to be sitting at my desk for the next 6 hours)!
